    I am looking to sell off one of my websites - www.umoney.info.

    The website has a really nice theme, with 5 unique articles.

    Site hasnt made any money as it has never had any ads on it. I have never done any SEO, not even created any links and it is already getting a small amount of traffic (about 50 per month according to AWStats).

    This is a great name for a money blog and if someone is willing to put a little bit of work in it could make them some good money.
