    This site has been online for just over a year and a half and has been updated by myself usually every few days.

    The site has never lost traffic or dropped in the ranks and no black hat SEO was ever done.

    The content is all unique as well and nothing is copied... feel free to check with copyscape.


    I have not monetised the site... just put a few adhitz banners on it.

    But i made this to drive traffic to my other sites.


    PRICE = make me an offer!! im looking to get rid of this site.

    It gets constant traffic throughout the day and is all from google yahoo and bing and other search engines.

    i know its "make me an offer" but i personally dislike this as to cause offence if i do it too low.. got a rough guideline price?

    No reason i did in fact have adsense on it for a bit but took it off to sell.

    Note these earnings were when it was getting 200-300 page views per day now it gets 700-800+ per day.
