The Banner size should be

basically take that banner and make it look like

the government orders banner should have an american flag as background, write the words "We accept government orders" in a nice font. Your suppose to add your own "flair" to it and making it look nice by using the banner size I provided.

The next banner is

do it in the similar fashion.

First one that designs the most beautiful banners will be awarded $30USD!!!!!!! via paypal
