Make Fast Cash $80.00 Logo & Header Design Contest

I am looking for someone to create a logo & header for my new upcoming site. The site name is WantAdMag.com it will be a general want ad classified website. I am going to leave it up to you to pick the best color choice for this project. I would like the header to be animated repersenting what the site offers. ( Example of what will be offered : Automobiles, Tools, Real Estate, Jobs, Electronics, Personals etc...) I don't have any example sites to show you as everything have found i just don't like. So just jump on board this contest and submit your best logo and header work and you just might end up the winner. I would like the Logo & Header to be made separate from each other as i will need the logo for future use within the site. You may combine them to submit to this contest so i can see how they look merged together. Upon winning this contest you will receive full payment via PayPal upon delivery of the full layered PSD file of each the Logo & the Header. I will run this contest until i have a winner and from past experience that could be 2 hours from now or it could be 7 days from now. So get your entries in fast. I would love to submit for this contest, but it will take me a few days. I guess I'll just keep checking back to see if you've posted a solid deadline or if you've picked someone elses design.

you say you want the header to be animated so do you want Flash?

 

You can make a flash version if you would like. But i have no experience with flash. Also if you make it in flash i would just ask that you provide a photoshop PSD version as well so i could make any edits i needed later down the road. Does this make any sense or is it even possible to do?

Well it's a start. But I am looking for something more 3D Web 2.0. Another thing I don't think red is a very good color for a want ad classified site. Also in the mean time I am going to try again to find some examples.

Is an animated gif ok for the animation... i'm no good at flash.

 

Yes an animated gif is fine and preffered as i also have no experience with flash myself.

That one seems to give me that cartoon feeling. Maybe try laying it out like your first submission but different colors and maybe a different font with a reflection similar to your second submission. Also if you could try changing the magnifying glass to something with a more classified ad look and feel. Let's see where that takes us....lol. I am looking hard for a great color combination and some examples.
