I am looking for someone to make a 300X250 animated banner for my site. I would like it to highly promote Myspace profile 2.0 Layouts. I would like it to match the color and theme of my site. I would also like it to promote that everything offered on the site is 100% free. for example. I have replyed to your PM thank you. It is looking nice i would like it better if it said. Create your own layouts free. Also if you could through in a lighting effect to it like the site has. And a nice krazylayout in the background like it is on the site behind the header banner. Also if you could give the orange in free more of a trailing effect.
I have made some revisions and replaced the above banner. I am trying to get that background effect you want... but its hard without the original logo PSD to work with. ADDED: I figured a way... will try to clean it up some with the new background and still keep it under the standard 50 KB file size.

As i stated in the reply PM to you. I had a lot of offers submitted to me VIA PM because some did not want to revel what they were working on. So all i will post here it that a winner has been selected. I will leave it up to any and all winners to decide if they want to revel who they are and what they created to win the contest.
