I also create these sites for clients. It has a very easy backend and you can use Paypal or your merchant account as your check out. This is a great selling point to your customer, makes it very simple for them to add and change product. They also have great professional looking templates, just plop a logo in there. All you have to do is advertise on Craigslist.org, odesk.com, elance, etc that you will create a website with shopping for like $200 or whatever you want and walla, money in your pocket.
