Make another PayPal account when the old one was blocked

    Hello,

    About 2 years ago my PayPal account was blocked because I had a dispute with them, they believed I had to pay them for something when I wasn't supposed to, I informed my bank to block PayPal requests to charge me and after a while PayPal Blocked my account.
    I want make a new PayPal account but now I have another address and bank account, If I'll make a new account will PayPal charge my new bank account for the "debt" they think I have ? Am I still present in their database will I be able to make a new account ?

    *another thing, I don't know if it makes a difference but I had a "paypal.co.uk" account now I want to make a "paypal.com" account.

    Why don't you open an account using your family member's name ??

    if you use same bank details again it will be limited i think. may be u need to look with business type account

    I was thinking of creating a new account using my wife's details, but I really don't wont to involve her name in this.

    But If I make a new account with her details will I be able to add my bank account details ?

    No, no at the moment I have another bank account from a different country the the previous bank account.

    Open another bank account for your wife and add it into her new paypal account.

    You can open a paypal account with a vcc and a vba. Then use another vcc to withdraw. This allows you to use any name you want

    I will use PayPal only for buying things not for withdrawing money.
    Can you explain what vcc and vba means ? Thank you.

    umm no they wont charge u
    just use new bank account
    and different name
    and i doubt ur ip is static and is same as it was 2 year back
    so its not realy a problem :)
