There's a category that called non sig links. That's where blog and regular page links will go. As I get more links, I will break down the main categories into sub categories and add more main categories.

Yeah, you could use php. If they gave the link too their members profile (make it optional although encourage it), you could fetch the amount of posts and avg posts per day.
