Buying Make Adjustments to Pop Up Code (javascript)

    I need to have the pop up appear in back not in front, need to be able to rotate url's, and need to have the ability to show it after X amount of pageviews. So it that it doesn't pop up immediately but will pop up only after say 4 or 5 pageviews.
