Buying Make a website - 500 usd budget

    Hi,
    I would like to create a simple but nice looking web 2.0 website that allows my users to create their own wedding page with some simple functions like pics and simple description.
    Register via using their FB account and integrated as best as possible with Social website sites.

    Anyone have any idea and think they can do a good job on this please send me a PM.
    Not looking to create something complex like a social network it self, instead a simple site but addictive enough for them to use it.
