Buying Make a Tutorial for me on how to make a Simple Graphic

    I like to learn. I want to figure out how to make this simple graphic. It is 265x78. I need it in a variety of lengths, same height. I have PhotoShop Elements. The tutorial must work in PSE.

    Also, I'd like the tutorial to cover how to change the texture and color.

    Tutorial can be anything I can follow, a word doc, pictures and text, screencast, video.

    Sorry, online doesn't work for me. That is real time, and synchronous. I work best when I can go at my own pace and study something that someone has provided to me like a video or a document. If you can do that, I am interested. I might have follow up questions.
