    Hye Dear,

    I have selected a keyword. Its global Search number is 1400 , local 880 and cpc is $.80. This number is get through Google keyword research. This will be use to google adsense.
    Please make suggestions

    Kinda confused here, ;) what exactly type of suggestions do you need my friend?
    Well, i say that is a good keyword with good search volume and average cpc. :)
    You can create niche site with your selected keyword.

    The search for the keyword is not high, which means it is very easy to optimize. since the local search account for the most, you should focus on this group of people, analyze their search habits and find the best ways to attract them is most important.
