I need a no B.S. EXPERT for this. I already have decent experience with SEO and marketing so absolutely no noobs or noob tactics. Realtor niches are much harder for several reasons but the experts will know that. Please send me a message with your ideas and the cost. I have already made three sites dedicated to trying to boost that site with no success. The other sites are actually getting traffic though so its a real mess with realtor stuff.

 

Actually the site has no text-based content on the homepage (I didn't check other pages). Apart from having your keywords in the page's Meta tags, you didn't use them in the page's content that is meant for humans.

Search engines, especially Google disregard Meta keywords entirely and only uses Meta Description as a description of web pages that appear on SERPs. Meta Description will not help your site to rank on SERPs, without the web page making a case for the keywords in the content. So, the starting point is on-page SEO.

The site has a canonicalization issue that need to be fixed. The homepage only redirects index.php to the root directory correct with 301. However, the homepage can still be accessed either through:
http://annaprada.com/ or
http://www.annaprada.com/.
So, the homepage has two (2) versions that cause duplicate content issues.

Then, the site needs serious off-page SEO, which I can do for you.

I will point out more issues and how I can fix all of them , if you allow me to help you out.

I will study the competitors' sites (the ones that rank well on SERPs), research their keywords and implement them in on-page and off-page search engine optimization of the site.

I have a ton of experience with seo in the real estate industry and I can tell you just from a brief look at the website that your lack of on-page optimization is what is killing you. Not to mention that the domain in question only has about 30 backlinks registering in yahoo site explorer which is less than a days worth of work. The terms you are going after look pretty easy, but you are going to have to put forth a bit more effort to rank for them.

 

Alright guys the old site was mostly based with fancy graphics and a little detail about the town. I quickly revamped it to give it some help. I have a few that I am seriously considering and some that wasted my time. I thank the ones that actually looked into it as I will take into account with this and possibly work with you on my other projects. Just about ready to start with the person I feel that can best take on this unique seo project.
