make a quick 200 dollars webdesigners and programmers

I need someone to piece together a site I have. need some pictures added to it some news articles set up and I have full instructions. I paln to have it up by tomorrow. The template is already coded and the majority of the site is up so all I need you to do is follow some instructions to make the site exceptable so If interested to make a quick 200 dollars let me know.

Rule number 1 for me now, i NEVER do any work without at LEAST 50% payment in advance, and do not delivery the final work to the customer until the final 50% payment is made. that way people like him cant sting people!!!!
