Make a counter on "tell a friend" script

Hi.
How can I make a counter that will show how many people have send a message to someone from my "tell a friend" script?

 

If you are using Google analytic you can track and count the number of clicks, so whenever a visitor clicks on the tell you friend link, that click counted.

 

Thanks, but I need to count the times the message is actually send to a friend, not just how many times the page with the "tell a friend" form is viewed.

 

Bcc the message to you, in that case you will get a copy of every message sent.
