I have been with adsense for nearly 2 years now and from my experience, i would suggest you to stop using such lists, even if it actually pays so much... have a SEO friendly site, with rich content, right content visitors.. and money will come your way.. hard work/Smart work pays... Shortcuts don't help always, atleast in the case of adsense...

You realize the advertiser pays $22....You don't get anything even close to that as a publisher.

I bet that keyword is so common that advertisers have pulled out and don't pay $22 .. You would get $0.20 for clicks on that keyword, primarily for clicks taking you to a site which again shows adsense ads for "drug rehab" keyword...

Or does the original poster really talking about HIM clicking on high paying keyword ads?
One of two things, either he thinks he will make money by clicking on an ad on another website, or he thinks that having these high paying ads on his site will make him money if he clicks on them.
First way, he won't make a cent.
Second way, he will get banned by google for clicking on his own adsense ads.

Now, if he is building or wants to build a website to get those high paying keyword ads, all I can say is...GOOD LUCK!

Those high paying ads really show up on high original content sites with tons of daily traffic.
Certainly not on some cookie cutter site, or a new site with little to no traffic.

Lucas, there are alot of websites that tell you which are the high paying keywords for adsense. These websites can be true or maybe they are not... dont even think of getting more than a $ from one click. My highest since 2 yrs has been 0.7. The reason for this is quite simple; adsense will never tell you what is the percentage of money shared with a publisher. For E.g: A person advertising for word asbestos might be giving Google $2 per click but its not necessary that if I get a click for that ad on my site then i'll get the whole amt...Google might give me $1, 0.50, 0.70...noone knows about it yet....so the best practice would be to stay away from sites & waste your precious time. You would be better reading some posts on this forum regarding placement of ads, what kinda site would make more money etc. All the best!!!

People keep mistaken this kid for someone who wants to actually work to earn his money. This guy heard about Adsense, immediately did some research (i.e. he found the first website on "Get Rich Quick on Adsense!" and took it to heart) and now he plans to launch his own get rich quick scheme. So of course he means he's just going to click on his own ads to make that $343-per-click.
