This is MoneyExchange and it is still in beta so they offer you 25$ for opening a new acct, just like any other bank offers you money for opening a new account. The 25$ is credited immediately after joining so all you do, like paypal/alertpay, is link your bank account and then you can transfer the 25$ to your account!
