so on your freepay account it will tell you to do a offer (which u say you have done)
if you have done this and it says you have not completed a offer yet and you say its been a week. so go and take this up with freepay! make a support ticket and tell them that you have done the offer but not been credited!!!

they will tell you when they will credit your account. once your account is credited PM cronus and tell him you've done it.

That offer, i was directed by freepay! thats the offer i done!

 

i know you said this. but you didnt give the right SS of it!
you just gave it on the iphone screenshot when we want to know if the account has been credited. it will show you if your account was credited on your freepay account.

 

I have spoken to freepay and they said my account was creditted ages ago!

 

I don't need to contact Free Pay when it has been charged to my bill, I'll just contact a mod and ask them to ban this kid.
