    you have signed up for the laptops.freepay thing right? and you are a refferal from Cronus!
    so on your freepay account it will tell you to do a offer (which u say you have done)
    if you have done this and it says you have not completed a offer yet and you say its been a week. so go and take this up with freepay! make a support ticket and tell them that you have done the offer but not been credited!!!

    they will tell you when they will credit your account. once your account is credited PM cronus and tell him you've done it.

    that image you posted simply showed the page where you sumbit for your ringtone. which is completly off the freepay website.....
    get on your freepay account!

    i know you said this. but you didnt give the right SS of it!
    you just gave it on the iphone screenshot when we want to know if the account has been credited. it will show you if your account was credited on your freepay account.
