Actually you can not be sure about the final result. The X30 factor is just for a very general statistic, because you can not guess what revenue will you get from each website. You can earn $10+ from a single website and $0 from another.

Micro Niche sites require ALMOST no promotion. You're doing things wrong.
One of the minimum I did was just kick some Social Bookmarking sites and I get top 10 within a month.

Each site in top 10 will earn $0.3-$1 daily average on a 1 month statistics.
Having as many sites as you can will multiply the number.

First of all, stay away from dot infos. Can they rank? Sure. By too much trouble as Goog sees them as spam. And watch while autoblogs die in 6 months.
