Major traffic drop on my proxies!

So I had one proxy site up for about a week, first day 20 impressions, understandable, that day it was submitted to directories and by the next day they were accepted. The next day, 200 hits, day after, 400, then the 3 days after 1000, 2 days ago i went to 5000

Yesterday i got another proxy up on my same server since its a dedicated it can easily handle 10
Also yesterday, i was looking at the cache file, every minute it increased substantially and then it just stopped increasing all together

Today i check, one proxy site (the one started yesterday) has about 90 uniques, understandable but the other one that had 5000 the previous day dropped right down to 200!

What could explain this? Could the ip of my host be banned in china/iran (90% of the traffic is from here) and i just need to change the ip? or would they have banned the proxy domain all together?

All you did was submit them to directories? And you say you got 5,000?

Do you honestly think you got 5,000 in two days from directories?

When it comes to directories, 5 a week, maybe, but 5,000 in two days???

Are you on a good joint? If so, can I have a hit?

There's a glitch in your counting.

5000 in 2 days, believe it or not

    Tracked through analytics

Basically, china and iran leading with over 3k hits each, US in 3rd with 95

I never believed proxy sites got a lot of traffic that fast till i made one, try it and you will be amazed too lol

I got like 20 backlinks only atm which are from iranian blogs

Edit: Yea its easy traffic, bad adsense...21 clicks today for 54 cents

As fast the proxy grows it will get banned eventuallly and there will be drop of traffic. Another thing is if your proxy is broken or dead for even one hour in peak period the traffic will fall and not come back. Did you change any settings? In my opinion china and iranian traffic are not so good.

Umm changed proxy scripts and it was offline for less than 30 seconds

Today traffic on one went up to 950, and the other one started the other day was at 190, still china and iranian hits

So im assuming they are not banned

Edit: Actually, one site only got 2 hits from iran and the rest from the US/China

Maybe it was banned by iran? Would changing the ip do or do they normally ban domains? I think its just the ip cuz they are both hosted on the same dedicated and both are loosing the traffic
