    Guys, I posted earlier on this thread about how my competitor had put up some language about clicking on ads etc...it was on a different page from the ads. well look at this and tell me how ridiculas this is:

    That's blatant and will get his account cancelled soon if he doesn't change it. best not to post live links. deselect the option "automatically parse links in text" or post as domain . com/whatever (for example).

    last week, when I saw what they had written, I was letting it go bc it seemed like a grey area...but this is pretty black and white.

    Interesting site. It is so grey to, but a violation. The click on our sponsors image even if meant for the banners will still influence them on Google ads as well.

    Well at least they changed it. Some advertising networks do allow this type of text above the ads. Of course the PPC ones do not, but some of the other lead generation ones will.
