Nice idea, but can i put my adsense on that site?
    Won't Google ban my site?
If its possible, I am looking for volunteers :), the site will be up within a week or so, revenue sharing too. PM me if anybody is interested, to join me in this Click fraud busting bandwagon.

Yeah, get a site up like that...
Hmmmm....have a domain (surfadsense.com) be good for this.
But no can put adsense on that domain (trademark issues).

Why not put up adsense ads on a site telling the world about violators?
Well, because the violators may clickbomb the site?

Idea, don't make the violator sites linkable.

I'll inform Adsense Support Team about this, and tell them that my site might be click bombed due to its motive, so they'll take care of it, and indeed am doing them a favour so they would be happy about it. :)

P.S. - Any person stealing this idea from me will be cursed by me for life, will never get married, will die a virgin, will loose all his hair (head), will loose his job, will loose his gfr, etc etc, and edit it manually for females.

Maybe we should just create one thread in here and call it "outing adsense violators". Only posts are allowed where examples of new sites breaking the TOS are allowed. Then simply get Google's attention. We are doing way too much of their work and it's not efficient. The only way to use this forum to its fullest potential would be one sticky thread where violators get outed.

W00t, i was right and everyone else was wrong, even Google's behaviour is a bit humane. So Just ask them to remove the texts like "Please support us" etc :)
If they don't, you know what to do ;)

Interesting ideas, so I thought I'd chime in with my two cents. I think that, if there's a possibility that a Webmaster doesn't know he/she is violating the ToS, the right thing to do is to contact the Webmaster first - if no changes are made, then report the site to Google.

If it's obvious that the Webmaster's actions are intentional (e.g. not showing 'Ads by Google' in a frame), then I think the site should be reported to Google immediately.

    By the way...what's 'gfr'?

Yeah, thats what I was saying, we should ask the webmaster to remove the clicks encouraging text first.

so this thread came first before the 'adsense violators' thread?

y'know, i found that some webmasters did read the TOS, they just didn't take it seriously.

I have seen the same thing. Even so they are responsible for reading and understanding the rules before they use it. If they do not then they should ask questions about it so that they can avoid these types of mistakes. However, many know the rules, but simply choose to break them anyways in search of the all mighty dollar for the short term gain.
