    I once found a website that asked people to click on ads too. I thought I was being nice by telling the webmaster that he is in violation of TOS but basically he disagreed and told me to buzz off. I promptly reported it to Google and after about a week later, he removed the words about clicking on ads. I figured he got a slap on the wrist. But then few days later he changed it back to asking people to click on ads again. I guess he saw his "profit" drop when he stopped asking people to click on ads. Thankfully two weeks later all AdSense ads were gone from his site. Now I don't even bother trying to tell webmaster about their TOS violation. They should have known better.

    I do report all TOS violations I see because there is a finite amount of money advertisers will spend on AdWords. Also if advertisers feel like they are not getting moneys worth for clicks then they'll eventually stop advertising altogether. To me, whenever I see AdSense cheaters, they aren't just stealing from advertisers or Google. They are essentially stealing money from me as well as other webmasters who are just trying to make an honest living.

    We can warn these people once, as some people think adsense as adbrite type programs, Even after that if they dont remove those "please click" messages its their bad luck.
    Report Them!

    Yeah thats exactly what am saying, mostly these people do such things out of ignorance, like in the age of high tech dynamic sites being build with such cool & easy CMSes and people still using html hand coded pages, same applies here. If you inform a webmaster that he should remove this, in most cases he'll instantly do that, and if they don't Just report them :cool:
    Disclaimer : Dont reveal your identity to the webmaster fraudie, or else he might leave click bombers for your site :D

    To get an adsense publisher account...
    What do you have to do?
    You have to agree (AGREE) that you have READ and UNDERSTOOD the TOS!
    So any site, any webmaster, doing something wrong, can not claim ignorance.

    Report violations, not tell the webmaster.

    I know quite a few adwords users and they report EVERY violation or suspected violation they find.

    if you are a member in that forum try informing him/her
    and ask the admin to change the signature.
    These text can be read by google spider but i see many boards where admins carry "Click the banner to suport us" in images whereby only people can inform google

    Just finished going to a pixel site (was a solo ad email to me) and boom!
    Major tos violation!
    See, at the top of the pixels, is a nice sentence that says "click on any image or text ad to go to our advertisers site"
    And right below that is a adsense ad, further down on the page are two more adsense ads.

    What a pity, some people simply refuse to know about the other side of the story!

    I have received several unsolicited refunds for my AdWords account (that account is not connected to jensense/jenstar in anyway if anyone is thinking conspiracy theory :p).

    When posting links to pages violating adsense TOS it's best to either remove the http:// or uncheck "Automatically parse links in text". This way, if someone is checking their logs they won't see that digitalpoint is the referrer.

    I find interesting, however, how he's hiding the "Ads by Google" text in the ads... Checked the source of that page and.. nothing... Very interesting...

    It looks like it's done in the .css file..
    h..p://obesity.alistabout.info/scripts/general.css

    menu class:
    .menu {width: 750px; height: 30px; background: #EBEEE4; margin: 0 auto; font-family: arial, verdana; font-size: 12px; text-align: center; border-top: 1px dashed #ffffff; padding-top: 6px;}
    .menu a {padding: 5px 28px 5px 28px; color: #ffffff; text-decoration: underline; display: inline; line-height: 25px;}
    .menu a:link, .menu a:visited {color: #D20039; text-decoration: underline;}
    .menu a:hover {color: #D20039; text-decoration: underline;}

    I don't fully get it, but I'm pretty sure it's here! :)

    ... and reported. Stealing sucks. Whether robbing a bank or people using adwords...

    That is definitely against the TOS, and last person I saw doing that didn't get a warning, they went straight to a suspended account.

    iframe {height: 17px; overflow: hidden;}

    Go to the site and report his sorry butt!
    Heck, report his sorry butt every day until no adsense on his site.
    Plus, see who has ads on his site, find the advertiser's site, and report his sorry butt to the advertiser.

    Someone should start a website that lists all the google adsense violators found.
    Yeah, that's the ticket!

    No surprise about the amount of violators. Still waiting to see examples of the major ones which would justify the $90 Million settlement that Google had to pay out though.
