Major Stumble Upon Problem?!!!

I have just downloaded the toolbar, whenever I try to use the form for either sending a review, thumbs up etc. or even to try to contact the help people I get the following:

    Invalid form

    Cannot Submit Form Information

There has been a problem submitting your form information. The most likely causes of this problem are that you have cookies disabled for stumbleupon.com, or that your system clock is running too fast. Please check these then click reload to submit this form again.
If this still doesn't work for you, please Contact Us to let us know :)

If I try the Contact Us I end up with the same information as above coming back to me! I looked in Internet Options and my cookies are set to allow all cookies, I have no idea about the system clock?!

    Any help would be appreciated?

    Thanks in advance...

Like I said in the other thread, if you're using IE try switching to FF first. IE was causing all kinds of problems recently with SU, so if you're using the new version, there might be a problem with it.

    Hi JH,

Thank you for replying, is FF - Fire Fox? if it is, I have only ever used IE, is it possible to have FF and IE on your computer? if so, where and how do I use it and will it affect IE?

Sorry for the probably dumb questions! apologies in advance!

    Thanks again,

Yes, it's possible to have them both on your computer. I've never had Firefox affect IE... but IE usually causes enough problems for me on its own. You can download FF from www.getfirefox.com. I can't guarantee it will fix your problem, but knowing the issues IE was causing for a few people I know with SU a few weeks back, it wouldn't hurt to try. ;)

Glad to hear it. :) If you click the little white 'talk bubble" to the left of the tag box, it should give you information on the site, who reviewed it, how many thumbs up, etc. :)
