Major SERP Fluctuations On G?

    I have seen some huge SERP fluctuations on Google in the last few hours. Very big moves over many niches/ kw's/ dc's. This started happening about 4 hours ago (around 6 PM Central US time). Have any of you noticed the same?

    This usually happens.SERP changes continuously.
    You may build more backlinks to keep a steady SERP.

    I saw a little change 24 hours ago. In the last 4 hours the shift has been huge. Thanks.

    Not a normal serp fluctuation. Just asking if others are seeing similar things happening. Thanks.

    Couple of my sites underwent some dramatic changes.. now things are seem to be cooling down. Not a good effect though:)

    I think Google or re indexing ready for the PR update which is due around the end of this Month, this usually happens around now

    Still mainly a negative effect on my end. One site in particular has been hit really hard. Anyone notice any leveling out on this "dance" (or whatever the hell it is)?

    Not much movement on my sites but I have seen a few target keywords have big changes, a few comments which may or may not be relevent - google maps is coming up alot more as the first result in search results also a few big players I have seen hit abit on accommodation and hotels searches, seems to be alot more local businesses showing in these results instead of large national or world wide sites with a page dedicated to that destination coming up. Whether this stays the same or not time will tell.
