Major risk with running an online business?

    I'm having an online business selling a software. I'm about to write a business plan and show the bank. They want to know the major risks with having an online business. What would you say are the major risks?

    Yes - global competition is a huge driving force. Also, keep an eye out for possible lawsuits.

    Not really thinking your adwords strategy through and paying the consequences.

    Lotta ppl get so excited by all the visits their adwords bring them and forget all about all the people that end up buying nuthin. :rolleyes:
