3 Days ago I noticed that I had not received a clickbank check at all this year. My earners since Jan 1st have been over $4,000, but no checks are being sent for some reason. I contacted clickbank via their support form but they have not responded (it has been about 60 hours). Any idea why I am not receiving checks suddenly, and how I can contact them by phone possibly? There is a number to contact them by phone, and I tried to find it but couldn't. I'll PM you with the number if I find it. I would wait at least 5 business days, if they don't reply by then than I would start to worry. I have noticed that clickbank cheques seem to be taking longer to receive me, but I have received them.

You may have already done this, but check the Payment Threshold you have set in your Account Setting. It allows you to have CB hold checks till you've earned a certain amount. Could be that your threshold is set to $5,000 or higher.
clickbank dirty little secret i had the same problem, i emailed support paychecksATclickbank.com and this was the response: Thank you for your inquiry. You have not been issued a check because your account has not yet met our "Customer Distribution Requirement", which states your account must reflect sales made with 5 or more different credit card numbers, including at least one Visa card, and one MasterCard in order to be eligible to receive a check. PayPal and e-check purchases do not count toward the minimum. This requirement is in place to help prevent affiliates from abusing the ClickBank Affiliate Program by using their accounts for the sole purpose of collecting rebates and/or discounts on their own ClickBank purchases. Please note that once you have met the Customer Distribution Requirement, the full balance from your account will be paid on the next check issuing date. Also, please keep in mind that you only need to meet the Customer Distribution Requirement one time per account (not per check). That can't be the problem with my account. I have been a clickbank member for 3 years no and only the last 3 months I have not received my check. Brian
Check on the visa and mastercard Brian. It may be that the last 3 months, you have not receive a single mastercard transaction.
Pick up the phone and talk to a human being. When it comes to money, never, ever, play the email game.
the only time this happened is when I didn't enter my SS# or Tax Id. They are more strict about this now.
