Major Movement In Yahoo, Serps Being Updated

This has been going on for about a week or so but one of my sites just got the update - major improvements in ranking WITH the increased traffic to show for them. It looks like Yahoo finaly dumped a lot of spam sites.

Anyone else see good improvements this week ? It looks like the update started around Feb 25th.

Yeah it is the same for me, but there isn't much spam in the niche I am checking. Yahoo results are always changing though. I didn't think they really do periodical mass updates.

I hardly uses Yahoo these days due to the way they index. A few of my sites have been around for ages now still not being indexed by Yahoo (I'm talking about sites with thousands of linkbacks). Yahoo is ridiculous.

 

Yup, I saw my serp change last week to number two. Thank goodness. Before this it was also no2 but then dropped to pages behind and after 2 month it went backup.

 

all of my traffic came from yahoo, no more on google

 

Can be...one of my site listed on a very big keyword now which I am chasing for last 4 months.

 

to me is looks as always. no change.

 

I have noticed increased traffic in the past few months but I have top rankings in Yahoo for competitive keywords so that might be why.

 

no change here too.
