    This site recently dropped in rank in a huge way on google. It used to rank well for certain keywords. It still does well on yahoo and msn.... http://www.oldvillagelollies.com/

    Can anyone suggest what might have caused this?

    The only thing I have changed recently is the links page. I have created a links manager that is called with the following php code:
    <? include("http://www.sharpwebservice.com/link_manager/write_links.php?url=".$_SERVER["SERVER_NAME"]) ?>

    All it does is write a bunch of html links
    Is this not search engine friendly?

    Any help would be great!

    I have a site that has been in the top 20 since it got listed about 5 weeks ago. A couple of days ago it hit page 1. I got home today and it's not in the top 1000. I for my main keyword and listed @ 198 for a phrase that I was always # 3 at. I checked and the cached copy they have is from July 10.

    Its only about 3 months old and I haven't done too much seo on it due to a low budget by the client. I'm not too concerned with the PR, just the fact that the site dropped so quickly from a reasonably good start.
