Is it good for the organic seo or it comes under the black hat seo?

 

its not black hat . Just do it Naturally don't looks Too spammy . Build Natural Links & don't do Cloaking or hiding text or pasting same content to every page you visit .

Put your URL then click Explore to see backlinks.

 

It’s a back-link information provider, and presents some other SEO tools to access. They also offer an API service which allows developers to combine data into applications and reports.

 

It is just like yahoo explorer ...
But with more detailed data.
After log in enter the domain name at given bar.
select fresh index ... I recommend using fresh index as those are the backlinks just crawled and are new ones.
Hit explore and than select root domain from the drop down menu if you want to see the links coming to root domain.

 

I don't use that yet for building some backlinks to my site. But since you said it is good I will try it too..

 

Yes its really such a nice back link information and crawler details provider tool .....

 

Its just a tool which is used to get detail information about the backlinks for any sites.. It became best tool after yahoo site explorer was totally shut down....

I think, head-to-head with Majestic SEO is SEOMoz (http://www.opensiteexplorer.org/) or OSE.
I use OSE more frequent to monitor my site's backlinks development.
