OK here's my story ... Medium-sized forum that I run, with 1500-1800 members had about 220 unique members logging in each day. Lots of active posts, lots of activity in general. I'm trying to figure out what I've done wrong, since right now we're getting 140-150 users a day and we're getting more TRAFFIC than ever. We're averaging 1300 uniques per day; either members aren't logging in and posting, members aren't posting in gereral so more people see less activity and say "Hey, i don't care about visiting this site!", or our bubble just burst and we hit reality. I'm trying to devise a way to keep the activty high and bring members back for more, I'm not sure what we're doing wrong. Niche isn't saturated really, we've got a userbase that puts us "above" the 'wanna-be' forum and we're still not mainstream yet. ideas? ps: Kill me now before I have an annyurism
