Main url not indexed by Yahoo?

When I use Yahoo Site Explorer I notice that Yahoo is not indexing the main url of one of my websites, has anyone had this happen to them? What could be the cause?

 

Seo, the indexed pages are the ones with tags in the header. Adding description tags will optimize your site for any search engine.

 

I have description and meta tags on the main URL though...

I hope you do not have frames, tables and flash files on your main page..

the best way to find out is, put no follow link and put linkage in another site of yours, and siteexplore it, and see whether backlink section, search in a couple of days..

maybe it's because you do not have domain backlinks.. for a start, just put your site URL in DP's account signature..
