Does anyone know if there's any point to making mailto links nofollow? I was just going through a site making a few links to insignificant pages nofollow and wondered if I should do the same for some email links. I would assume search engines wouldn't bother to "count" the mailto links, but I'm not sure. I can't seem to find anything about this here or elsewhere online. Maybe it's just a stupid question. :\
I think search engines count them too... The more links you have on a page, the less value they have....so it would be a good reason to nofollow the mailto links...so you will have more value on the others
