You will need PHP for that purpose. It can send email with its mail function. You can the detail here http://php.net/manual/en/function.mail.php. Here's the example taken from that page :
<?php
$to      = 'nobody@example.com';
$subject = 'the subject';
$message = 'hello';
$headers = 'From: webmaster@example.com' . "\r\n" .
'Reply-To: webmaster@example.com' . "\r\n" .
'X-Mailer: PHP/' . phpversion();

mail($to, $subject, $message, $headers);
?>
PHP:
