Mailing lists

Hmm not sure if this is the right place to post it.

I have a excel list with e-mail addresses in it. I receive once in a while a list with addresses which I have to delete from that list. You can search for the data and then delete it, but when the lists are getting bigger it takes a lot of time.
There most be a better way to do this?

Anyone with some ideas?

 

Try a search on Download.com and see if there is an application that could help you with your problem.

 

you can try "file recovery" term on google or download.com

 

PM me at your convienence and I will give you an excel tool to help you with that.

UPDATE - I would just use Access to do this WAY WAY faster - use the Find Unmatched Query
1. import your full list
2. import you list of addresses to delete
3. Run Unmatched Query chosing full list first then addresses to delete second

Result will be your list without addresses that you want to delete. Good luck
