mailing lists and newsletters

    I'd like information on managing mailing lists and any problems pertaining thereto.
    It is for my cousin for a course he's doing and I cannot seem to get a decent article on it and I've searched for two hours now.
    Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

    I'm not sure what you mean by problems, but here are some guidelines. From those guidelines the problems themselves should be obvious.
