Mailing list to customer

Hi

This is a big company who has several customer with several connections (internet). Sometimes this company has to make maintenance or planned work and need to announce the customers by e-mail with the specific affecting circuits/connections

Is there any free ready to use solution for this or do i need to create it from the bottom?

It would be nice if this could be done by the browser and with a "click" solution
I already have my tools ready for use if i need it, but how do i start this project?

 

easist way would be writing a php script which has access to your database via mysql.

 

I was thinking The same. But how do i build it up In php?

 

HERE"S THE ALGORITHM

write the php email script through which u can select the mail id's of your customers .To make things fast n easier , segregate your customers into different tables in mysql based on your requirements.
