I reccomend: esmartbusiness.com 5 usd setup fee and 0.01 usd cents per recipient (they will accept you only with optin confirmed list) Good luck! Never tried mailboto to give you a feedback and from what i notice it's not even a month old ...is this your site and you try to see reactions?
