Mail to Ireland Adwords Activation?

Hi people,

I'm located in Vienna, Austria. I had a adwords coupon from Google for the first start. I registered and did everything. However, they want me to sign a paper and mail to Ireland. Otherwise they dont allow me to start the campaign.

Is that common?

I have never heard of it. What is this `paper` they want you to sign?

 

The main European adwords centre is in Dublin, so, if you need to send something by post, yes, that would be the place to send it.
