    Hi,

I have a server running cPanel with Exim.
Im getting some complaints from a few customers about people sending them emails do not reach there inbox's, but rather bounce back to the sender.
Hence the problem is that the server is not receiving some external emails.

Here is a bounce back email when a AOL user sent an email to a domain on my server.

I have checked the server and it contains a forwarder pointing to a pop3 account on the same domain/server.
If someone can tell what the issue is, or help me diagnose the issue, i would be really thankful.

This could be many reasons.. what port are you running smtp on
do you have SMTP Authentication turned on in your server
do you have rdns set up on your nameservers

Yes SMTP authentication is turned on. However its not my server sending the emails, its the remote server sending the emails to my server.
RDNS is setup for the HOST, not the nameservers.
I have 2 IP's on the server and first is set for the HOSTNAME (RDNS is set).
Then the nameserver IP's are both the first and second IP (No RDNS is set).
