Buying Mail Server configuration on my VPS

    Hi,

    I need someone to help me configure my mail server in my new VPS. When I send messages, the messages are queued for so long. To make matters worst, it's labeled SPAM by yahoo but not with gmail. I'm using qmail.

    Budget $10.
