Some of my users complains about not getting confirmation emails while registering to my vbulletin forum. Did you have such a issue before? I am using latest version of vbulletin with vbseo.
Alot of the users might be using a free email host which most of the time will think the email is spam. You can combat this by using your smtp mail sending from within vbulletin. Hope this helps you.
