I need help / input on below

I have a VPS ( Cloud server ) from Rackspace. I have installed a CPanel VPS version on it. I have decided to run my own own nameservers. I have only one static IP for the server. All ns1.mydomain.com, ns2.mydomain.com & mydomain.com points
    to single static IP.
Mydomain.com is registered with Godaddy having NS01.domaincontrol.com & NS02.domaincontrol.com ( Godaddy nameserver) having A record pointing to my VPS.

I have other domain with godaddy named mydomain2.com having name servers as ns1.mydomain.com & ns2.mydomain.com

Mails from john@mydomain2.com are not going at all. I mean none of my mails are going through.

IP is coming in Blacklist at mxtools.com. I need to understand what I need to further on Cpanel to make sure that it is setup correctly.

I don't send any unsolicited mail nor any spam mails. Please help me with top 3 things I need to have to make sure that my mail server works.

I am on CentOS 5.5 with Exim as MTA.

We can close this thread. Got resolved after setting SPF & rDNS records. Thanks.

Strange to see Rackspace allowing banned IP Address in the network, my suggestion is to open a ticket and inform them about this.
