Mail not getting to Yahoo email addresses

I operate an online store. When we update customers orders an email goes to the customer confirming the different stages. Yahoo mail account holders do not seem to be receiving these mails.

    What could be causing this?

    Thanks

    Thanks

How would I know if my IP is being recorded as spam? These emails are not just taking time they are note getting there?

My company does not spam in anyway so hopefully it is not this.

    Cheers

Create a yahoo email account, and then send a email from your site to the yahoo mail address you just created. Now see if its reaches the inbox or the SPAM folder.

    Check out this post http://www.smartertools.com/forums/p/13531/30700.aspx

I've had the same problems. Some servers its yahoo, others its MSN. I use aWeber now. They pour thousands into whitelisting their servers to all these email providers so we don't have to. ;-)

check your domain in spamhaus. request them to remove it from their list if found in it. They normally clear domains from list swiftly if requested cause not many spammers ask for that. Get SPF protection too
