Hi someone has been mail bombing me now for 3 days in a row just today I have received 7000+ emails I know whom the person is there address as there age.

They are 14 years old and host with EUKHOST this company sold this boy a dedicated server and he is mis-using it.

I want to know any advice or help on what to do to stop this adding the email address to a block list doesn't help as he can change it and get around it.

I have tried contacting the abuse/complaints and support department at EUK Host they keep telling me to email there abuse department which I have done 3 times and several days on they still have not contacted me back acted on this and I am still getting the email bombs.

So I contacted EUKHOSTS data centre BLUE SQUARE they told me there is nothing they can do it's down to EUKHOST to resolve this but I am getting no joy there.

So my problem is I am getting several thousands of emails every couple of minutes for the past few days none stop. Simple, change my email address? I can't this email address is very important and linked to several major accounts including online banking and does not have a DELETE ALL option.

So please guys and girls help me out any advice on what I can do to stop this after all isn't email bombing illegal??

    Cheers

    Rick

Forward all your spam email to his email address if you have it and use SpamAssassin.

You could write a filter at server level for the email program or design a filter to not accept mail from the server's i.p.

I don't think it's as simple as that as he can change the email address it comes from ..... So for example he could make it look like it's coming from DP or even PayPal or even my own email.
He uses email addresses like and loads of others also am not sure with hotmail you can block certain server IP's?
Thanks to you both for responding though.
I am leaving rep + for you both.

Forward the emails to his host. (j/k)
I'd report him to all the spam sites such as Akismet etc.

And as flaco said, add a filter. I'd add that you use a wildcard such as *@hisdomain.com and that will take out all email from that domain.

So what we all want to know is...what did you do to the poor boy?
You had to do something to make him spam you like this.

Rep left for you all thanks for responding.

I contacted live support one day on his site and he started swearing at me using poor grammar in his chat using quotes such as "omfg" and "ofc" so I left a negative review in regards to hist hosting next minute boom spam emails.

When I confronted him about this he said he was 14 and why did I leave a bad review it's not his fault when he is only young.

Well I was shocked a 14 year old boy with a dedicated server mail bombing people the thing is he doesn't even try to deny it's him mail bombing me he has stated it's only him who owns this hosting "company" I don't know what's going on in the hosting industry today but it's scary!!!

Anyway as you can see I haven't given his name his website or anything like that as I wasn't out to get him or make everyone dislike his hosting "company" I simply want this email bombs to stop and they wont.

He sees that I get upset by them and carries on so when I don't let it get to me he still carries on the kid doesn't seem the get bored.

Anyway I personally don't think anything can justify this in my opinion.

He's bound to run out of bandwidth sooner or later. lol :D

Seriously, bust him out for this crap so everyone here knows not to go with him. These fly by night hosting companys run by 14 year old kids with mom and dads money are really getting on my nerves lol. It gives the rest of us bad reputations (hosting companys) and less people want to host a website for fear of being scammed. If he is 14 he shouldn't be talking to people if he can't do it politely. And if he can't do that, he shouldn't be in the hosting business. What is the site?

    Is this issue resolved?

This is far from normal in the hosting industry today but it does happen. I even remember setting up a web host when I was about his age. The trouble with working with people of that age is they usually don't care what they do because they know they can most likely get away with it.

The only real way you're going to stop him is if you name and shame. You should stop other people them falling into the same trap as it's apparent he can't run a professional business. The email bombing won't stop while he can hide.

Really? A 14 year old kid, he's probably bored and getting kicks out of annoying someone. You responding to him will obviously make him do it more. Some kids are just like that unfortunately.

Nothing justifies it, so stop protecting him and let other people know who it is so they stay well clear.

Oh, and please look up the definition of "mail bomb", it's certainly not the same as email bombing.

I was thinking the same thing when I first opened this thread, I thought someone was going to ask what can happen to them if they send a mail bomb or what they can do to someone that sent them a mail bomb.
