It requires more that 20m page views a month to become an Adsense prem. publisher.

Mahalo's traffic is much lower but they recently became a premium publisher.

Has Google relaxed the rules ?

 

Is the owner of mahalo the one who earned a lot in adsense?

 

i dont think that google has relaxed the rules.

the owner of mohalo is making 20 millions of page views with one (or more) web site(s)

 

yeah its across the network. If you have more than 1 website has in TOTAL 20 mill page views, you can become premium publisher.

however they do consider certain accounts with lower page views( in understand should atleast have 15 mill)

 

i think that webmaster has more site like "Mahalo"

 

hmm and i thought that the adsense premium pub was not anymore...

before tho there was a seperate sign up for them(premium pubs) but now it doesnt show anymore

 

mahalo by itself does not have enough page views, but he has a lot of other web properties

 

i have no idea but it can be against adsense TOS, anyone asked google about this?

 

I think you only need to get it across all the sites in an account as opposed to just one site.

EDIT: I don't even see adsense on Mahalo.
