Magnets-related domain appraisal please !

    I own NeodymiumMagnets.net and NeodymiumMagnets.info that I intend to sell. The domains were registered on 16th may 2005.
    Could anyone help me evaluate the correct price for these domains?

    Cool domains, but probably worth Low $XX since not many people have heard of "neodymium".

    If you're expecting more I would personally develop the sites.

    Thanks for the replies, but why is that when I go on Sedo.com to search for similar domain names for magnets there are many that are priced up to several thousands of $ and I see no real difference.
    I was expecting the domains to value at least mid-$$$ for someone who sells neodymium magnets.
