Selling MagMyFace.Net - Create real-like magazine covers from uploaded photos - Adsense rev

I am selling http://magmyface.net/ as I do not need the site anymore and want to concentrate on my social network that has taken off big time!!

The site has great potential and is already listed in all the main search engines.

Search term "Mag My Face" is currently number 2 in Google.co.uk and Google.com

Search term "Online fun photo editor" is around 17th in both Google.co.uk and Google.com.

The site is using top quality software from PHPMonster here http://phpmonster.com/create_fake_magazines_script worth $59. You can view all the features there. Basically, a visitor will upload a photo and add a background magazine or template. I have added some templates but they are not very good. You might be best reinstalling the script from scratch. I have also lost the admin password, so it is really better to reinstall the script and customise it to your liking. This will not be a problem as the site will not lose any rankings.

You can also have free hosting for as long as you need it, it is basic reseller hosting from Heartinternet with not much room to move, so if your site grows, you might want to move it to a better host, but for now it is fine.

Traffic, I dont know much, possibly 40 or 50 uniques a day, more or less at an estimation.

The domain was due to run out on the 11th July, so I have already renewed it for a year, so it is covered until 11th July 2012.
