If these words appear next to the link, PR might not flow:

    SEO
    Page Rank
    PageRank
    Supporters
    Ads
    Advertisers
    Sponsored
    Friends
    Partners
    Links
    Link Exchange
    Text link ads
    Buy links

    Are there more?

Nobody knows for sure what Google does. But some people think that their algo gives little or no value to certain types of links such as reciprocated links, forum sigs, blog comments etc. Maybe they do use "magic words" in some way. But again, mobody knows for sure.

I think some of them words will help find link sellers and link buyers only...Then if they manually do something to stop the PR flow that is the only way....But really their paid link detection is laughable!
