    About a month ago I bought the site www.magictutorials.net. I have not had the time to properly monitize or promote it, so I've decided to sell it. Even without any SEO or linking, it ranks #16 for its main keyword on google, "magic tutorials" out of 577,000 results. I have gone as high as #7 in google during the last month.

    It is an automatically updating video site with Google Adsense already built in. You just change the adsense codes to your own. The site updates itself, so you don't have to do anything. Runs on a custom script.

    The domain is registered until December 08, 2008 at namecheap, comes with a free push to your account.

    Revenue is minimal, but with the google search results it shouldn't be hard to maximize with a little investment in time. Imagine what some actual SEO work would do!

    Really nice site but i guess the keyword selection is not too good.. Magic tutorials?? I dont think that it would get many SE traffic even if it gets in top 5..

    Anyways good work with the site..

    Is there any revenue??

    As I said, revenue is minimal right now, not really worth mentioning. I imagine with a bit of tweaking the ad revenue could go up via adsense, and some targeted affiliate programs for magic packages would sell well I'm sure.

    The 'next page' is not working. It says 1 out of 149 pages, but next page shows nothing... :(

    I would say about 10-15 cents a click.

    Since I've posted the auction, the site is now #11 in the google rankings, just off the first page!
